Processing Time

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days from the date of the order. We ship with USPS and packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 business days from the date they are sent out. We cannot guarantee delivery times, however we do our best to provide accurate estimates. 

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 10:00 AM (EST). Orders you placed late on Friday afternoon or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

Shipping Costs

Orders under $125 are charged a flat fee $4.99. We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $125 value. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

For Current Season/ Full-Priced Merchandise  

We want you to be completely happy with your Pastel order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 5 days from the delivery date for a full refund or up to 10 days for store credit.

Used merchandise is not acceptable for return. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as it was received with the vendor packaging and tags included. Proof of purchase must be provided, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice in order for a reimbursement of the full purchase.

Sale items, special offers, and past season are FINAL SALE

Current season sale items and items that are purchased through special offers and coupons are eligible for exchange ONLY based on availability, by mailing in your return and placing a new order online, or in one of our retail locations.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways. If preferred, we can provide a return label with a $6.99 deduction from the refund. Return shipping will only be covered if a specific promotion states the item is eligible for a free return, or you received a wrong/damaged item. 

* When sending back your Pastel purchase back for return or exchange we recommend that you use a traceable shipper such as UPS. Pastel is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for Pastel to process & credit your return.

You can bring back a current season online order in store for exchange only. We currently do not accept returns in-store.
