Returns and Exchanges

Sale items, special offers, and past season are FINAL SALE
Current season sale items and items that are purchased through special offers and coupons are eligible for exchange based on availability by mail or in one of our retail locations.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways.


For Current Season/ Full-Priced Merchandise                                                                                              

We want you to be completely happy with your Pastel order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 5 days from the delivery date for a full refund or up to 10 days for store credit.

Used merchandise is not acceptable for return. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as it was received with the vendor packaging and tags included. Proof of purchase must be provided, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice in order for a reimbursement of the full purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees both ways.

 

Returning or Exchanging Merchandise by Mail  

Return within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, and within 10 days for store credit. Proof of purchase is required.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for Pastel to process your return.

If preferred, we can provide a return label with a $6.99 deduction from the refund. Unless promotion states the item is eligible for a free return.

                                                                       

Returns in store: We currently do not accept returns in-store. Exchange only. 

Past season items are Final Sale and cannot be returned in-store.

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for online order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.


Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 10:00 AM (EST). Orders you place with Pastel late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges will be added to orders shipping to Canada. Orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days when ordered before 10:00 AM (EST).

 

* When sending back your Pastel purchase back for return or exchange we recommend that you use a traceable shipper such as UPS. Pastel is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
